INNOVATION

CAD DESIGN
CAD design with Fusion360, or with your software, i.e. Solidworks, Siemens NX, Autodesk Inventor (experienced), Catia V5 (basic knowledge) or after short learning others, too. Seamless integration into your design processes.
MODELING
Simulation with FEA and Matlab (linear elastic, Modal analysis, lightweight structures, mechanisms, Thermal Simulation), or via ABAQUS, FloEFD (experienced), ANSYS, Hypermesh, Simlab (basic knowledge)
REALISATION
Realisation of your designs via FDM printed mockups (PLA, PETG), procurement for 3D prints, milling and turning, sheet metal, welding etc. Prototyping supporting your facilities.
VERIFICATION
Design verification or FMEA of concept options in workshops.
Measurement campaigns with newly specified setups or your existing lab equipment (experience in lab as well as in-field, i.e. thermal and dynamics measurements or ISO certification)
DOCUMENTATION
Documentation as per your needs: Requirement documents, simulation reports, CAD-Exports, 2D drawings, marketing material (e.g. renderings, spec sheets, presentations).
